Designing and implementing a quality management system in organizations can improve the performance of organizations if it is based on specific organizational conditions. Studies of quality management systems show conflicting results of the success and failure of these systems and their impact on improving the performance of organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of quality management systems on organizational performance. The present study is descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection and is applied regarding the purpose. The statistical population of the study includes managers and employees of Pars Khazar Home Appliances Manufacturing Company and the data collection tool was questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was approved using divergent validity and convergent validity tests in PLS3 Smart software and Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. The Cronbach's alpha value for one of the variables was higher than 0.70 indicating the reliability of the questionnaire. The research findings show that quality management systems have a significant effect on organizational performance (P-Value = <0.05). Based on this, these effects can be increased by using different methods presented in the suggestions section.
