Among the factors that reduce the efficiency of working groups is a matter of eluding. Social eluding refers to a phenomenon in which the effort of individuals decreases when doing group work. Several factors contribute to this phenomenon. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of justice and trust on social eluding. This is descriptive and survey research. It is practical in terms of purpose and questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data from. The statistical population of the study was 448 students of Kashan University of Medical Sciences. 220 students were selected randomly. In order to test the hypotheses, a structural equation model was used. The results of the research show that the existence of trust and justice in working groups leads to the reduction of social eluding through the mediating variable of commitment.
