This research is objective, applied and in terms of nature, descriptive and in terms of the relationship between research variables, is of a correlation type. The statistical population of this study was all employees of the General Directorate of Isfahan Province with 203 people; 133 of them were selected as sample based on Cochran's formula by simple random sampling. Data collection tools were Alan & Miyer (1990), Occupational Stress of the Priesthood and Others (1964), Paterson's (1990) and Rosenberg Self-Esteem (1965) standard questionnaires, whose content validity was confirmed by a supervisor and a number of Specialists. The reliability of the questionnaires was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which for all dimensions was above 0.7, indicating the high reliability of the research tools. Analysis of research data was done at two descriptive levels using statistics such as frequency, mean, standard deviation and inferential level using structural equation method and path analysis using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results of this study showed that self-esteem has a moderating role in the effect of organizational commitment and job stress on employees' job performance in Isfahan's standard office. Also, organizational commitment has shown to have a positive and significant effect and job stress has shown to have a negative and significant effect on job performance.
