The research method is descriptive and correlational and the statistical population includes all administrative staff of the departments (administrative, financial, cultural and student, research and educational) of Isfahan University in 344 people in the years 2015-2016. The research sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table (1970) as 182 people. The sampling method was random. Data were collected from two organizational structure questionnaires: Robbins (2014) and Chen and Huang (2007); and the organizational indifference of Dannyard et al. (2011). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and regression test). The findings of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational structure with organizational indifference and its components, except for indifference to the client. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that organizational structure and its dimensions can predict the employee's organizational indifference.
