Given the rapid technological changes, the supply of new products and changing customer tastes, supply chain management has faced many challenges, and traditional approaches to supply chain management have lost their effectiveness; hence supply chain management seems to require vigilance and The speed of action has led to the formation of the concept of agile supply chain. In this research, we try to evaluate and prioritize the factors of success of the agile supply chain in the dairy industry of the target community through the ISM technique. The results indicate that the 11 main factors in the success of the agile supply chain are ranked and ranked in six levels. The highest level is the customer satisfaction factor, which will increase the market share and profitability for the organization. At the final level of the model, there are three factors for integrating processes, tailor-made planning and employee skills development.
