The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between occupational self-efficacy and professional competencies with the tendency to outsource organizational education dimensions. This research is a descriptive-correlative method in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of this study was all experts in the education department of government departments and city of Torbat Heydarieh (138 people). The whole population was surveyed in a completely randomized way. Data collection was done using self-efficacy questionnaire (Riggs & Knight, 1994) and researcher-made questionnaire for outsourcing of organizational learning dimensions and professional competency questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed through content validity by 10 faculty members in the field of teaching and curriculum planning and educational management with a few changes. The reliability of outsourcing questionnaire of organizational education dimensions was 0.87, Cronbach's alpha, 0.78, job self-efficacy was 0.88, professional competencies were 0.80. In order to describe the data, inferential statistics of Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used and data were analyzed using Smart PLS software. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that there is a negative and significant relationship between job self-efficacy and the tendency to outsource the organizational education dimensions of the educational experts and between the professional competencies and the degree of desire to outsource the organizational education dimensions. There is also a positive and significant relationship between professional self-efficacy and professional competencies of educational experts.
