One of the effective factors in the models of excellence is the evaluation of the causal relationship between empowerment indices and results. The present study seeks to study these relationships in one of the military organizations. Based on the military excellence model, the authors examined the causal relationship between the five empowerment dimensions (military leadership, military strategy, partnerships, resources, military support and processes), and results (security outcomes, community outcomes, stakeholders' satisfaction, basic performance outcomes). . The research type is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of method, descriptive correlation is used and the questionnaire has been used for data collection. The statistical population of this research includes the personnel of one of the military organizations located in Tehran, 130 people, and 97 individuals were selected. In this study, for analyzing the causal relationships, the linear structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software have been used. For this purpose, the questionnaire was distributed in one of the military organizations and the relationship between the indicators among the tools was used. Based on the results of the research, stakeholders' satisfaction indices, community outcomes and security outcomes were among the most influential indicators. Also, the study of causal relationships showed that the effect of military support and military support on more secure results was confirmed more strongly.
