In general, the goal of most supply chain optimization issues is to minimize the overall supply chain cost, although environmental protection is a general concern, a green supply chain has seriously suggested a solution to this concern by minimizing its impact on nature. . Regarding the growth of our country from an industrial point of view, and the presence of important natural and environmentally important (green) resources, this issue can be considered as a goal in the process of political, social, cultural and economic policy making for all internal organizations of the country. Strategic and at the top of one of the most important management issues. This research includes two goals: one minimizing overall cost over the supply chain (direct and reverse supply chain), while it includes fixed costs of construction, transportation, variable costs, recycling costs and the cost of destroying returned goods and waste. The second goal is to minimize all environmental impacts in the supply chain, and in particular the effects of transportation and facilities (such as emissions in transport, waste ...). Initially, the supply chain has been modeled mathematically with all constraints and capacities, and we have used the Genetic Hyperactivity Algorithm (GA) to solve the model and minimize the environmental effects of Lingo software.
