The main objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of one of the police force command centers using the EFQM organizational excellence model. The present research is in the field of applied descriptive research. The statistical population consisted of the personnel and commanders of one of the police command center. 110 randomly selected individuals were selected and studied. Data were collected by interview and questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire used by KMO and the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by Cronbach's alpha (0.96 for the whole questionnaire). Data analysis was performed using Spss22 and Amos22 software. The descriptive study of the samples showed that most of the subjects were between the ages of 26 and 30 years, with a career record of 11 to 15 years of age and undergraduate education. The results of the evaluation of the empowerment criteria of the organizational excellence model indicate that the processes have the highest score (equivalent to 72.8 out of 140 desirable points), and the strategy and strategy have the lowest score (equivalent to 44.8 out of 80 desirable points). On the other hand, the evaluation of the criteria of the results of the organizational excellence model shows that the results of the customers have the highest score (equivalent to 106 out of 200 desirable points) and the results of the society have the lowest score (equivalent to 28.1 out of 60 desirable points). In sum, the empowerment scores are equivalent to 275.5, the results are 255.75 and the total score is equivalent to 530.2. The total score obtained shows that the organization under study is modest in terms of organizational excellence.
