The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the employees' willingness to assume the positions of the Police Command within the Police Chief of Ardabil Province. The present study is a descriptive survey method. The research sample is determined by the Cochran formula of 195 people. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was 0.84 by Cronbach's alpha and indicating the consistency and consistency of the questionnaire. To measure the normality of the data, the test (K-S) was used and the regression coefficient test was used to test the hypotheses. The statistical population of the study is 195 employees of the Ardebil Provincial Police Command. Based on the data output, 0.67 percent of the change in the tendency of employees to the running of the Coop canceled office can be considered by organizational factors, 743.0 by occupational factors and 0.653 by individual factors. Therefore, it can be said that all three organizational, occupational and individual factors are effective in the tendency of employees to the command and management jobs of the Ardebil Provincial Police Command, whose effect is different each other.
