Health is a multidimensional, complex, and involves processes that are considered in the organization's system to achieve goals and realize basic utility. In this regard, various patterns and frameworks have been created, each of which has been somehow in the description, analysis and explanation of this structure. However, the lack of consensus on its dimensions in academic sources and the variety of non-native models implies a theoretical vacuum in this area; therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the threefold dimensions (effectiveness, accountability, coherence) of the organizational health pattern . This framework will create a realistic and applied attitude towards the health of the organization, which can continuously improve the existing conditions. This study has been conducted with an analytical approach in which organizational health models, differentiation and focal points and the analysis of the aforementioned models are analyzed. The results of the study indicate that there is a lack of a comprehensive pattern in the field of native health and aims to improve organizational processes followed by a desirable response to the environment, which will lead to significant organizational survival in their environment.
