Transparency of the organization increases competition, improves the quality of decision-making, and is the most effective means of reducing corruption and enhancing organizational health. The need for the development and growth of any society has healthy and dynamic organizations. Spirituality is excited in the workplace with personal growth and is a powerful, positive force for improving the health and transparency of the organization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational transparency on organizational health with the mediator of spirituality. The statistical population includes employees of Khorramabad Agricultural Jihad Organization. The sample size was determined by simple random sampling method and based on Cochran's formula, 163 people. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed through content validity through structural equation method. Reliability coefficients of organizational transparency questionnaire 0.91. The organizational spirituality questionnaire was 0.911 and the organizational health questionnaire was 0.95. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Amos20 software. The hypothesis test results show the direct effect of organizational transparency on organizational health and spirituality and the direct effect of spirituality on organizational health. Also, the results of the study showed that spirituality plays an intermediary role in the impact of organizational transparency on organizational health.
