The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational learning components on organizational commitment among police officers of Mazandaran province. This research is a descriptive survey that was carried out in a field experiment. The statistical population of this study is Mazandaran police force staff. 390 people were selected by stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire containing 54 questions. Cronbach's alpha method was used to study the reliability of the research, and for validity, the content validity and validity were used. Descriptive statistical methods, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Considering the correlation coefficient between organizational learning component and organizational commitment as well as the size of the correlation coefficient of 0.506 in the main hypothesis, organizational learning has an impact on organizational commitment. The results of the research indicate that the police should institutionalize the learning within the organizational and external interactions to fulfill the organizational commitment of the staff.
