Organizational intelligence has been identified as a known variable that can most likely play a key role in improving individual and organizational performance. This research was conducted to identify the effective factors on organizational intelligence based on the Albrecht model. In terms of its objective the present research is of an applied type and in terms of data collection procedure it is a descriptive-survey study. The method of data collection of this research is field and library studies. In this research, the data were collected using Carl Albrecht questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of all 180 Gavamin Bank headquarter managers. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling method. The sample size was determined as 120 individuals using the Cochran formula. In this research, descriptive statistics were employed to analyze the demographic characteristics and inferential statistics were employed to generalize the results. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to study the normality of the community and factor analysis was used to examine the effect of variables. The results indicate that the seven dimensions of the Albrecht model are influential on the organizational intelligence of the managers of the Qavamin Bank. Senior managers can annually implement the seven dimensions of organizational intelligence in their strategic plan and rethink their programs.
