The purpose of the present research is to explain the components of quality of work life of the staff members of I.R.I police logistic department. In terms of the purpose the present study is of an applied research, and in terms of its methodology it is considered as a descriptive-survey study. The components of quality of work life have been extracted based on previous theoretical bases and based on that, questionnaires were developed to examine the research hypotheses. The method of collecting data in this research was by means of a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by a confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of the present study included all the staff members of I.R.I Police, Deputy of Logistics. 248 individuals were selected using simple random sampling method. In order to analyze the obtained data, structural equation modeling method was employed in Lisrel 8 software. The results of the data analysis showed that the working environment conditions at the 99% confidence level (t=13.30) were among the components of quality of work life that were able to explain .74 of the changes in the quality of working life. Job Satisfaction at 99% confidence level (t=16.48) is another component of quality of work life, which can explain .86 of changes in quality of work life. Job stress at 99% confidence level (t=-12.52) is also a component of quality of work life that can explain -.71 of changes in the quality of work life. Work engagement at the 99% confidence level (t=-9.60) is one of the components of quality of work life, which can explain -.58 - of changes in the quality of work life. The conditions of the work environment, job satisfaction, job stress, overall living space, legality, social affiliation, social integration and development of human capabilities are among the main components of the quality of work life in I.R.I Police, Deputy of Logistics.
