In today's competitive environments, the development of organizational citizenship behaviors among employees is one of the key factors for improving organizational performance. On the other hand, social responsibility and the necessity of obtaining environmental legitimacy by organizations have required attention to morality. Accordingly, this research aimed to investigate the relationship between dimensions of Islamic management and Islamic ethics and organizational citizenship behavior of Urmia municipality staff members. The research method is of a correlational type and in terms of purpose, it is considered as an applied research study. The statistical population of the study was Urmia municipality staff members. Using Cochran's formula and random sampling method, 170 individuals were selected as sample size. A questionnaire was employed to collect the data. Using Cronbach alpha formula, the reliability coefficients of the questionnaire were obtained as 0.72 for Islamic management dimensions and 0.88 for dimensions of Islamic ethics. Data analysis was performed using one-variable regression, multiple-variable regression and Pearson test through SPSS software. The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between dimensions of Islamic management and organizational citizenship behavior. In this regard, the spiritual dimension of Islamic management has the highest correlation with organizational citizenship behavior and it is the most effective variable on organizational citizenship behavior with the effect size of .391. Also, the results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of Islamic ethics and organizational citizenship behavior, and the justice dimension has the highest correlation with organizational citizenship behavior and it is the most effective variable on organizational citizenship behavior among the indices of Islamic ethics with the effect size of .423.
