Today, the nature of work has changed, and the relationship between managers and employees has also changed. By virtue of spirituality, managers can not only improve performance in their work environment or organization, but more importantly, they can provide an environment in which employees have an inner satisfaction. Therefore, the researchers aimed at identifying the relationship between spirituality of the staff members and job performance in Tehran Metropolitan Police Stations. In terms of its objectives, this study is of an applied research type and in terms of data collection procedure it is descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of this research includes all the staff members of police stations in the city of Tehran. 335 individuals were selected based on Cochran formula using stratified sampling method. The data gathering method was library and field study. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha (.85). Then the data were analyzed by SPSS software and the tests of Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Spearman correlation coefficient. The findings of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between the spirituality of the employees and their job performance.
