Given the importance of organizational trust in the efficiency and development each of this study was to investigate the relationship between talent management and organizational trust employees have been carried. And the main question is whether there is a relationship between talent management and organizational trust. The aim of this study was applied. And the type of research is descriptive-survey, statistical population, including city police commander employees ShahreKord and the Koohrang Is. That, according to staffing are 130 Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province police chief. Among them the method of statistical 100 people have been chosen. In this study, two questionnaires talent management Ahmadi and colleagues used questionnaires organizational trust Alvnn and others that their reliability in this study using Cronbach;s alpha, respectively,90% and 91%is obtained. Data The results of the questionnaire Using statistical software SPSS-18 and method of descriptive and inferential statistics were analyzed. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between talent management and organizational trust. And also a significant positive relationship between the variables of talent, and talent evaluation system, and the system of talent development system and training talents with trusted organizations.
