Today, virtue is considered as an integral element of good citizenship; with the impression that it can be the underlying of effective interaction prosperity and social stability, which are essential for ensuring the survival of the community. Recent studies on organizational virtue and its effect on individuals, organization, society and even the family represent the increasing awareness of the sensitivity of the issue since virtue acts as a force that creates a sense of responsibility, honor, respect, independence, alacrity and commitment on the employees, which ultimately leads to improving the health, giving positive energy to employees, and finally higher performance and growth of the organization. The population of this study included 195 staff members of Vali-e-Asr University in Rafsanjan. Based on Morgan table, 130 employees were selected and 106 copies of the questionnaire were collected from these samples. In order to examine the standardization of research tools the internal consistency using Cronbach's alpha was employed. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts. The results showed that the correlation between the variables of organizational virtue and organizational happiness is the .79.
