Lack of organizational trust in organizations is considered to be part of the new problems of today. Consequences The result of this climate of mistrust in organizations makes wiped commitment and confidence in staff. In this study, according to the number of population is 103 people, through sampling And according to Cochran formula, 82 people were selected as sample.
