The employees' sense of gratification is related to the field of industrial psychology that, today, has prompted managers and researchers to contemplate. On the other hand, the family-work life balance has also become an important parameter of the industrial community. Thus, the present study addresses the effect of family-work life balance on mental welfare of nurses working in I.R.I Police hospitals with regard to psychological withdrawal. In terms of its objectives, this study is of an applied research type. This study tries to find whether psychological withdrawal could have a moderating role or not. The methodology of the study is descriptive-analytic. The data were collected by questionnaire. The data analysis was run using SPSS software and Warp PLS structural equation. The analysis showed that family-work life balance has a positive and significant impact on mental welfare of the employees. Therefore, the employees' mental welfare can be achieved through appropriate programming of hospital functions and precise designing of career. However, psychological withdrawal phenomena could not play a moderating role; so more attention should be given to the emotional and affective patterns of nurses.
