Silence and indifference of the employees in an organization has the direct effect on organizational performance and productivity of the organization. This study examines the impact of organizational culture on employee job performance by the mediating role of organizational silence and indifference. Study population is all official employees at Semnan University. Sample of members according to the schedule krejcie and Morgan were randomly surveyed. The results of hypothesis testing by using PLS showed that organizational culture has a direct and positive impact on job performance. Organizational culture has a direct and negative impact on organizational silence and indifference. Finally, organizational silence and indifference has a direct and negative impact on job performance. Therefore, promotion of organizational culture can increase job performance and reduce silence and indifference of employees.
