This study examined the relationship between social capital with Organizational Virtuousness and organizational citizenship behavior in Razi hospital of Rasht. The research is descriptive and correlational. A sample of 210 of employees was selected according to Cochran formula and by stratified random. In this study three Standard questionnaires of social capital of Nahapiet and Ghoshal (1998), organizational Virtuousness of Cameron and etal (2004) and organizational citizenship behavior of Podsakoff et al (1990), were used to collect the data and Reliability using Cronbach's alpha was calculated and respectively were 0/801, 0/852 and 0/925 .In order to analyze the data, SPSS19 softwares were used and Smart PLS used for Path analysis. The findings showed that there were a Significant and direct relationship between social capital , Organizational Virtuousnes and organizational citizenship behavior and the greatest extent of the relationship between dimensions of social capital and Organizational Virtuousnes and organizational citizenship behavior is related to the structural dimension. The results also showed that there were a significant and direct relationship between Organizational Virtuousnes and organizational citizenship behavior.
