Background and purpose: Institutions providing services have had to provide more diverse and high-quality services in the recent years due to competition increase and in order to survive and increase their profitability and nowadays the purpose of all service agencies is to provide good services for customer satisfaction. The effective factors on services quality of Police+10 agencies are identified and prioritized in this research, according to the importance of these agencies and in order to increase services quality level in these agencies and as a result to increase customer general satisfaction level.
Method: The most important factors provided in the field of Police+10 agencies services quality have been identified and extracted after studying various books and papers that in this regard, 36 indicators were acquired as the most important effective indicators on Police+10 agencies services quality that these 36 indicators and also Seroquel dimensions the components of each dimension were ranked after entering these indicators in the final questionnaire and its distribution among some Yazd citizens.
Findings: The findings of this research show that the two factors of describing the provided services and correct and no false reports, documents and evidences provided together were identified as the most important effective factor on services quality that the dimension of guarantees and warrantees was identified as the most important dimension from people viewpoints.
Conclusion: Service agencies must address the dimension of guarantees and warrantees that emphasizes on staff ability, knowledge and skill; so, it is necessary to pay more attention to the components of this dimension that most important component is describing the provided services.
