The purpose of this study is investigating the evaluate the impact of organizational justice and organizational commitment is a violation of the psychological contract . The study population consisted of 150 employees of the Isfahan university. A sample is including of 91 persons. Data were collected by questionnaire, and finally 70 questionnaires were used for analysis. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed and we use Spss18 and Amos22 soft wares to test hypotheses. The results show that and there is a negative relationship between organizational justice and psychological contract breach and so the psychological contract breach has a positive effect on organizational commitment. These results show that organizations for achieving their objectives must have a particular attention to maintain organizational justice. Justice in organization is reason of staff growth, robust relationship and makes motivation and commitment between them and their organization.
