Human is the bases and the main tools of multi development and effective human force is the main factor on continuity, successful and realizations of organizational purposes. Therefore, organizational Justices and Ethical Climate are important factors in reducing stress workplace and increasing productivities and organizational performance enhancement. The aim of this research is investigation of relationship between organizational Justices and Ethical Climate with stress related workplace. Research statistical population was of 85 persons of Air Traffic Controller and having been selected based on Morkan tables and simple random method, and then 70 persons have been selected. Data’s were collected via questionnaires. Organizational ethical climate was measured by a scale which was adopted from Schwepker et al., (2001). Work related stress scale was adopted from Keller (1984) and organizational justice scale was adopted from Niehoff and Moorman (1993). Validity and reliability tests have been down and confirmed by SEM (exclusively by Smart PLS). SPSS19 software follows with correlation and simple regression have been use for data analyzing. The result shows that stress related workplace and Distributive and Procedural Justices follow with Ethical Climate have negatives relationships with stress related workplace. With regard of finding, workplace stress, Ethical Climate and organizational Justices issues are important factors in productivity reduction and organizational performance. Therefore, trying for the purpose of monitoring psychological and health of workplace factors is necessary for preventing of failing of performance.
