Red Crescent Organization is as one of the most important Nongovernmental Organizations (NGO) has noticeable roles in the field of crisis management. Effectiveness of this organization is depends on the role played by relief workers as human capital. In this regard, talent management is a complete program of processes to identify, deployment and management in order to run a successful business strategy. This concept has three main processes, attracting talent, align and retain the talent and talent development. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of transactional leadership style on the dimensions of talent management and to identify talent management situation in the Yazd Red Crescent Organization. The statistical population of this study is Rescuers of Yazd Red Crescent Society that according to the Cochran formula, 246 were randomly selected and surveyed. In order to explain the relationship between variables used Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) Bass and Olive (1995) and talent management questionnaire that reliability through Cronbach's alpha respectively 0.802 and 0.882 values and validity through content validity is checked. Analysis of data was performed by structural equation modeling software with SMART-PLS and t-test in SPSS 18. The findings show transactional leadership style on all dimensions of talent management have a significantly and positive effect and among dimensions of the talent management only attracting talent is in good condition. According to this, managers have to use transactional leadership that develops the others dimensions of the talent management.
