Conflict in organizations is inevitable and necessary for the organization is not necessary; Conflict can increase creativity and promote innovation and change, and Or may cause a waste of energy and resources is analyzed This study examines the components of organizational commitment and conflict management style has paid employees. The type of research used descriptive research methods, survey methods (survey) and objective functional. The questionnaire Assessed by examining the content validity of the questionnaire has been approved by the faculty. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated for the reliability of the questionnaire, the questionnaire was modified after 0/859 percent. The population of this study and the communication infrastructure is a stratified random sampling method is used. Between general managers and deputy staff questionnaire and communication infrastructure set is distributed. A statistical method to analyze data from the Pearson correlation coefficient was used.
Research findings in the study of the relationship between the independent variable (organizational commitment, affective commitment, normative commitment, continuous commitment) and the dependent variable (employee conflict management styles: competing style, style, avoidant, collaborative style, style compromise, flexibility of style ) showed that conflict management style and organizational commitment of employees is the most effective
