Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitmen and leadership style managements and employees of militarys force city Amol.
Methods: The present study was conducted by correlation method on 160 managements and employees of militarys force using random sampling method. The leadership style was analyzed based on multifactorial leadership questionnaire, organizational culture based on the Fi and Dnison model and organizational commitment based on the Meyer & Allen model . Data analysis was performed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression.
Finding: There was a positive relationship between organizational commitment components with leadership style. Regression analysis showed that organizational commitment (affection) predicts that leadership style. Other findings showed that there was a significant relationship between the components of organizational culture with leadership style. Regression analyzes indicated that organizational culture (partnership, integration, adaptability) predicts leadership style.
