in several studies, the importance of effective leadership on the employee innovative behavior is practiced, also it is mentioned that Creativity plays an important role in enhancing the competitive advantage of organizations.therefore the aim of present study is to examine the role of leader-follower exchange on staffs creativity in electricity company in Ilam province. Methods In this study is descriptive through cause identification. The study sample is all employees of the electricity company in Ilam province. Using random simple sampling and Cochran Formula 217 subjects were selected. For gathering data exchange standard questionnaires leader-follower and Maslyn Leiden (1998), and a questionnaire on job creation and Shabrk Carmel (2007) is used. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation and structural equations) is investigated. Results showed that the leader-follower exchange is positive and significant impact on employee creativity. Also the leader-follower exchange aspects have positive and significant effect on employee creativity.
