in this article organizational culture of management School from the perspective of Islamic culture through descriptive research methods and data collection in a library and search in the internet will be analyzed and criticized. According to the classical management school theorists through Taylor view the Culture is a complex series which includes knowledge, beliefs, arts, craft, techniques, ethics, traditional rules and finally all the habits and behavior and regulations that human as a member of society learns it from his or her society and towards it the society have some obligations. School of Classical management theories backed by the culture of capitalism, Protestantism have a view of positivism management issues around efficiency and profit, regardless of the culture of ethics. Bankroll of Islamic management culture is Quran, Hadith and Hadith prophetic behavior and Imams (AS) is a historical resource. The findings of this study show that components of organizational culture of a school is not apart from the culture of the community, but for special components of organizational culture of classical management school according to time and its experts it is able to name something such as worldview (ethics and beliefs of Protestantism), efficiency, cost and advantage, specialization, formalization, goal-oriented, economical human, intellectual in work, timing, work measurement, and work division. Generally in comparison of the components of organizational culture on the implementation of the classical school with Islamic culture apparently some common points, such as the importance of working, learning science, division of work, specialization, discipline, rules obey, and so on are visible. However, there are substantial differences in the interpretation and operation of each of the components to each other. God's satisfaction is the ultimate goal of Islamic culture in all activities but in the organizational culture of the classical school of all cultural elements that directly or indirectly by virtue of efficiency is thus higher profits.
