This study aimed to investigate the relationship between Dimensions of psychological empowerment of employees and the rate of productivity. this study Based on the nature and objectives is a descriptive study, based on the method of data collection is survey and in terms of data analysis is Correlation studies. Statistical research community is University staff (formal, treaty) that by using stratified Sampling, were selected 110 people as samples. Necessary data in this study were collected by using a questionnaire. For analysis of data were used from SPSS.16 software by Kendal correlation statistical methods. The results show that there is a positive correlation between psychological empowerment, a sense of competence, significance, effectiveness and productivity and between Sense of trust and productivity, there is inverse and imperfect correlation.
