Quality of work life and job satisfaction among employees is an important issue in Human Resources That a significant portion of today's experts' attention is allocated. Due to the quality of work life of employees can be a factor affecting the performance of athletes. This study seeks to answer the fundamental question is Treasury staff determines whether the quality of work life, Job Satisfaction and Organization for Economic Affairs and Finance Hamedan relationship? The research used a descriptive, correlational survey. The present study is simple random sampling. Library and field research data collection methods and tools used standard questionnaires to measure quality of life and work of Richard Walton Barry Field Verves questionnaire was used to measure job satisfaction among staff.rvayy (credit) questionnaire because the standard is approved. The reliability of the questionnaire Quality of Work Life 0.93 and 0.87 job satisfaction was calculated according to the minimum is 0.7 Validity and Reliability of the inventory is in a satisfactory condition. To test the hypothesis Parmtryk test and Pearson correlation test was used for correlation between variables. The results showed that the quality of work life and job satisfaction are interrelated. The quality of working life, including fair pay, safe working environment, providing opportunities for growth, law-oriented, social affiliation, overall living space, integration and cohesion have established a direct relationship with job satisfaction. Development of human capabilities but did not interact with job satisfaction.
