Nowadays different organization of our country , like other organization in the world, are obliged to compete with other organizations in and out of the country in order to remain in the business world. So they should be able to be better than their competitors in at least one field and in other words they ought to be innovation and knowledgeable. So, in the current complex world, managers of an organization, in order to gain access to the objective and programs of their organization and to develop and survive in the current turbulent environment, require to have special characteristics one of which is organizational intelligence, a component that current managers should have to gain deep knowledge in all environmental factors and cause the intelligence of their organization and manage the organization under their surveillance in this turbulent and competitive world. The aim of present research is to review the relation of organizational intelligence with knowledge management of Islamic Azad university, Islamshahr branch. For this purpose, organizational intelligence according to Karl Albrecht was defined in seven dimension, strategic image, common destiny, desire o change, moral, grouping and cohesion, knowledge application and performance pressure, and one main hypothesis and seven minor hypotheses were formulated. Research method of the current investigation was descriptive from correlation type and the statistical population was from the personal of Islamshahr branch of Azad University and sample volume according to Morgan table was estimated 150 people. Information gathering tools were tow questionnaires (organizational intelligence and knowledge management) which were provided for statistical sample after examining their validity and constancy. In order to analyze the collected information statistically, we used descriptive and inferential statistical methods. In order to classify, summarize and interpret data we used descriptive statistics and in order to examine research hypotheses we used inferential statistics method. The result of hypotheses testing showed that there is a significant relation between knowledge management and organizational intelligence of Islamic branch of Islamic Azad University and also the regression analysis showed that organizational intelligence directly affects knowledge management.
