Today the maturity of e-government in the management of communication reflects the progress of science and technology in a country at the international level. Therefore, promotion of management of human resources and organization including both of users and managers and improving e-government services to citizens is always interest. To achieve this purpose it is used different architecture to implement and classify various e-government concepts. Thus the main challenge in the realization of optimized e-government is necessity of using an appropriate architecture that enables complete management and provide better service.
In this paper we investigate the applied features of service-oriented architecture(SOA), reviews needs of electronics City layers and the citizens, application of service-oriented architectures in e-government and Providing service-oriented e-government(SOA-eGov) as the best approach in the field of information technology to support the implementation of e-city, organization of concepts, management of organizational and human resources and quality of services, which provide full management and satisfaction human resources.
In this paper, with aims of evaluation of satisfaction of human resources in service-oriented e-government, two metrics includes organizing concepts and quality services provided. Also for each metrics offered some features that provide further them shows approach will be more empowered.
According to the requirements and accountability to needs of e-city layers architecture, affect and the application of service-oriented architecture as the best approach in the field of information technology to support the implementation of e-city, organization of concepts, management of organizational and human resources and quality of services, Lead to the satisfaction of human resources in the interaction with e-government.
