This research was aimed to study on the mediator role of TQM in the relationship of OCB and Organizational performance in one of the dependent companies of Iranian Ministry of Defense. This research is applicable by goal; descriptive-survey by data collecting method and sectional by time period.
The Statistical society of this research includes all of the employees in that company who are graduated in B.Sc or higher levels (about 500persons) and from which 217 employees was selected via simple random sampling .The reliability of Questionnaire was confirmed by elite and Cronbach alpha was calculated for questions of OCB(0.891), TQM(0.931) and Organizational Performance(0.881) which showed the high stability of instrument.
Research hypothesis was tested and analyzed via Lisrel and Path analyze method. The results showed the significant effect of OCB on TQM components (Leadership, Personnel Management, Attention to Customer, Programming, Process Management and Information) and it’s significant effect on Organizational Performance which shows the mediator role of TQM in this relationship. Finally based on this results, some suggestions was offered for the company and future researchers.
