The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational health and organizational justice on organizational commitment among employees of tax offices Hamedan In this study, two main hypothesis and sub-hypothesis was tested ten
The study population included all employees of tax offices Hamadan whose number is 160
The study sample consisted of 113 employees, with simple random sampling.

The research method was descriptive survey was solidarity. To collect the data, the standard questionnaire Nyhvf Mormon organizational justice and organizational commitment questionnaire Allen and Meyer (2001) organizational health questionnaire and field Hoy Me (1996) was used. To analyze the data, descriptive methods and Marastnbaty the Spearman correlation test was used. The study showed 99 percent confidence level 1 - the elements of organizational health and organizational commitment among employees of tax offices Hamadan there is a significant relationship. 2 components of organizational justice and organizational commitment Hamadan Tax Office, there was no significant relationship.
