Vital resources of traffic police as a service organization are its Employees, especially frontline employees who are in direct contact with society. Special types of voluntary behaviors of frontline employees (Organizational Citizenship Behaviors) have a strong impact on people's perception of service quality. Previous studies indicate a strong impact of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors.
This study investigates the impact of Perceived Organizational Support on organizational citizenship behaviors among the employees of Kurdistan province Road traffic police. The data collection instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire which distributed among 150 employees who were randomly selected. Reliability and validity of Questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis. To examine the hypotheses, t-test, one way ANOVA and Structural equation modeling had been used.
The obtained results show that Kurdistan province road traffic police employee's display high level of organizational citizenship behaviors and Perceived Organizational Support. Also according to the results, Perceived Organizational Support has a significant impact on OCB with coefficient 0/58.
