organizational culture as one of the issues with increasing significance can individuate organizations, also make a significant impact on its life and success. In order to achieve improvements and success in organizations, cultural analyze must be considered as a major step. Prof. Denison introduced a model to survey the organizational culture that contains four traits, twelve indexes and two dimensions. This research is considered practical based on its goal and survey based on its instrument. Distributing of 177 questionnaires (171 questionnaires collected) was done in order to comparatively study three different types of organizations, containing manufacturing, Service, and Manufacturing/Services, based on Denison model. Instrument liability supported by the parallel surveys made by it and the reliability supported by Chronbach’s Alfa of more than 0.93 in each organizations and. Outcomes show thatthe highest score in the manufacturing company and Service Company comes from the “Adaptability” trait and the highest score in the manufacturing/ Service Company is “Involvement” trait. The lowest scores in the manufacturing and services organizations are their “Involvement” trait, also “Consistency” trait achieved the lowest score in the manufacturing/services company. The results will help these companies to gain success and improvements by recognize its own and compare themselves to other ones.
