Given the growing importance of creativity in the business environment, this research has been conducted to explore the relationship between holographic and creativity. For this purpose, different scope and implications of the holography and also the emergence and development of holography has been studied. As a result, 6 concepts as the principles of holography has been introduced which include self-organization, flexibility, freedom, independence, adaptability and organic structure. Then, the creativity literature has been examined, to discover the role of each of these principles and to determine their influence on creativity. Investigations have shown that all of the holography principles in the field, have a positive impact on creativity in organizations. Thus research suggests that strengthening holographic principles can improve the creativity of organization and development of human resources.
