the constant change of environment is faced with instability and uncertainty. In these conditions, the survival of organizations in the implementation of the organization's internal environment involves the environment through the use of all resources, including human resources. Obviously this is a powerful application that the conference staff to achieve organizational objectives are achieved. Hence, the present study due to the absence of any similar study in the field of police in the clinic, enabling medical staff to assess the current status of police procedures. For the purpose of this research is applied and the nature and methods of descriptive and survey research.A survey of 210 individuals, including managers and employees of the clinic staff and the sample size is 138, which is selected by simple random sampling and Reliability and validity of the questionnaire by a factor alpha (741/0) and content validity were confirmed. To study the current status of psychological empowerment medical staff of the police to identify and test out a community Friedman test was used to rank the variables. The results showed that psychological empowerment of the police infirmary was averaging 11.4 in good condition. The managers and staff in the study, among the different dimensions of psychological empowerment, a sense of trust in others, with an average rank of 38/3 in comparison with the other dimensions and the feeling of being on top with an average rank of 2/06 in the ranks.
