This research presents the comparative study of command structure of Iran’s boundary police, Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia’s boundary police. The aims of this research is to recognize the different and common points of organizational structure of boundary police among three studied countries and also to use the experience of the countries that have the same structure as Islamic Republic of Iran, to identify the structural and content aspects and the life cycle of boundary organization in three noted countries. The statistical population of this research consists of the boundary police of Islamic republic of Iran, Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia. The present research is practical in terms of object and its method is descriptive- comparative. In order to supply the resources and references, we used library method and available documents have been used to answer the questions in this paper. The method for analyzing the data is descriptive and comparing the data. The subject of this research, the organization theory and the studied area is Iran’s boundary police, Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia’s boundary police organizations in 1390. The results show that considering the findings, the common points among the three boundary police organizations in noted countries include: authorization hierarchy, the relations between the staffs and the objects. The different points consist of formality, expertness and division of labor, concentration, professionalism, size, technology, environment, strategy, organizational culture, growth and maturity.
