One of the strategic plans of organizations is to give sense to organizational and individual life of the employees and this does not consider only the meaning of life and also has a deeper attitude toward it and analyzes all aspects of life. Awareness and understanding the meaning of life is not only acquired by emotional and logical intelligence, it also needs the intelligence beyond these which is called spiritual intelligence. This intelligence can be useful in solving complicated problems as well as the most confusing ethical and moral problems. The aim of this paper is to introduce spiritual intelligence and applying it in solving personal, social and organizational problems of police. Thus, the need to recognize its structure and factors has become an undeniable matter and complicated problems can be solved by more practical solutions in organization that using its explanation we can come up with. By this act we can achieve the aim of creating mental growth and spiritual intelligence development as we ass changing managers’ attitude and making them aware. In this way, a respond to the main question “which are the main factors of spiritual intelligence in resources and how can spiritual intelligence be developed and applied in Police Organization? “ is given using the library research method. At the end some recommendations are presented to create successful fields, to increase the organization employees’ efficiency and to answer the noted question which can be the center of organization managers’ attention.
